The Jubilation Chorale
The purpose of the Jubilation Chorale is to provide homeschool students with an opportunity to participate in a high quality choral ensemble. It will foster creative thinking and expression through the study and performance of music, and kindle an interest in and an understanding of the varied components of music by utilizing a wide variety of musical styles and experiences. The Jubilation Chorale will encourage students to discover, develop, and exercise their individual and corporate gifts in service to God and raise up students who are equipped to be leaders both now and in the future.
Our choir members are friendly and open for new comers any time of the year. We have various choir parties that are always a lot of fun and Mrs. Scheidhauer is a wonderful and witty teacher, while still being professional. We sing chorale for music for the entire group but there are also numerous opportunities for highlighted solos within those songs. The JBC loves singing any genre of music, from medieval, to praise and worship, from traditional to modern, and anywhere in between.
